Foot Arch Pain – Plantar Fasciitis Treatment

If you suffer from foot arch pain, then there is a very good chance that the cause of it is a condition called Plantar Fasciitis, because this is one of the most common causes of foot arch pain.

The reasons for this are often linked to people that suffer from high arches or flat feet, because can often cause people to have foot arch pain.

Let’s consider each of those in turn:

1/ Flat Feet

This is also called overpronation, which is where people are walking with the emphasis such that the arches of your foot have the appearance of being flatter, and the consequent balance issues can cause you to have problems. What happens is that because you are essentially walking awkwardly it has the effect of putting much greater pressure on your arches and the planter fascia region of your foot then would otherwise be the case, and this can lead to pains in the foot arch region of your foot.

2/ High Arches

With high arches you basically have the opposite kind of cause, but a similar result. You have the situation where there is a rolling outwards in your ankles, and again this places much greater stress and strain then would normally be the case on both the arch of your foot and the plantar fascia region.

With either of these you end up with foot arch pain.

The first thing you are going to want to do is to go to the hospital or have a consultation with your Doctor. You need to be sure of the condition that you are suffering from so that you don’t exacerbate the position.

It is quite likely that the cause will be Plantar Fasciitis.

In which case you will want to use a Plantar Fasciitis Treatment like this to cure it >>

You also want to explore the possibility of orthotic insoles in your shoes, because these can have a big impact on improving your posture, balance and the way you walk, and for many people these can have a dramatic effect on alleviating there foot arch pain.
